Buttery Soft Pretzel Recipe
Soft pretzels are soft and buttery, ideal for snacking or as a party treat.
Ingredients:
• 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
• 1/2 cup baking soda
• 1/2 cup butter
Instructions:
1. Mix flour, sugar, and salt.
2. Add 1 cup warm water and 2 tbsp yeast.
3. Knead until smooth and let rise for 1 hour.
4. Shape into pretzels, dip in baking soda solution, and bake at 425°F for 12 minutes.
