Soft Potato Bread Recipe
Potato bread is incredibly soft and moist, thanks to the addition of mashed potatoes.
Ingredients:
• 2 cups mashed potatoes
• 3 cups all-purpose flour
• 1/2 cup milk
Instructions:
1. Mix flour, salt, and 1 tbsp yeast.
2. Add mashed potatoes, milk, and 1/4 cup melted butter.
3. Knead until smooth and let rise for 1 hour.
4. Shape into a loaf and bake at 350°F for 35 minutes.
This bread is perfect for sandwiches or as a side dish!
