High-Fiber, Low-Carb Vegetables
Vegetables such as broccoli, cauliflower, and celery are high in fiber and low in carbs. Broccoli has 6 grams of carbs and 2.5 grams of fiber per cup, cauliflower 5 grams of carbs and 2 grams of fiber, and celery 1 gram of carbs and 1 gram of fiber.
